The saddle stitch

This is our non negotiable standard. Most commercial wallets are sewn with sewing machines using a "lock stitch." If one loop in a lock stitch breaks, the entire line of stitching unravels. Your wallet falls apart.

We do not use machines. We use the Saddle Stitch technique.

The process: An artisan uses two needles and one continuous thread, passing through each hole in a figure eight pattern.

Edge finishing (No rubber paint)
