DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND REFUNDS?
WILD AND KING accepts product returns and refunds
Term of exchange: 30 days from the date you receive the product or as soon as you discover the error when receiving the goods.

Below are the conditions for a refund
Conditions apply:
Applicable to all products due to manufacturing defects WILD AND KING or if the product you receive is not the same as the product you ordered (WILD AND KING guarantees that the product you receive has a color accuracy of at least 90 % in different colors and specifications). Products posted in photos may vary less than 10% due to differences in materials and lighting).
Conditions do not apply:
- Not applicable to orders placed for 3rd parties (gifts) for reasons of not liking the color, thickness, or material … except for technical errors.
- Customer returns due to dissatisfaction with product performance or personal preference.
- On rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our Returns Agreement.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?
You can reach out to support@wildandking.com or Whatsapp +84 869974074 with your order number (e.g. order #). We’ll then be in touch to facilitate the rest.
DO I NEED A RECEIPT?
Proof of purchase is required to validate a return or exchange. Please include your order number (e.g. order #) or receipt in your email requesting a return. This way, we can issue a refund, store credit, or exchange that is equivalent to the original purchase price.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
