Return Policy
Do you accept returns and refunds?
WILD AND KING accepts product returns and refunds.
Term of exchange: 30 days from the date you receive the product or as soon as you discover the error when receiving the goods.

Conditions for a Refund
Conditions apply:
Applicable to all products due to manufacturing defects from WILD AND KING or if the product you receive is not the same as the product you ordered. WILD AND KING guarantees that the product you receive has a color accuracy of at least 90%. Products shown in photos may vary less than 10% due to differences in materials and lighting.

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that have been personalized or custom made
- Orders placed for third parties (gifts) due to reasons such as not liking the color, thickness, or material, except for technical errors.
- Customer returns due to dissatisfaction with product performance or personal preference.
- Past habitual abuse of our Returns Agreement.
Other details:
Refunds will take 3–7 business days after we receive the returned product. Include your order number in the package to help us track it. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method.
If an item needs to be returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if a return is requested due to personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction not related to a defect, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
