Although it is quite expensive, I think it's worth the purchase. I had mine custom made combining a standard design but using a different material. By experience though it will be helpful to be very specific with customization instructions.

Improvements: Don’t make your customers have to pay and then reimburse
First wallet never arrived and Customer Service was great until they told me that since they were using DHL I would have to pay $24.44 up front for shipping then they would refund me back. I don’t think a customer should have pay first then wait for the refund. But my grandson loves the wallet so that in the end is all that matters.
Regarding the shipping and tax situation, we’d like to kindly clarify that we did try to contact you via email multiple times to explain the process and to provide full support, including assistance with the DHL payment and refund arrangement. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response at that time, please feel free to reply to our email, we’re more than happy to help you.

I had an extremely positive experience ordering from Wild and King. There was an unexpected delivery issue at my building and my original package was sent back, which was especially stressful since this was a custom order meant to arrive before Christmas.
The Wild and King team was incredibly responsive, kind, and proactive — they immediately helped coordinate a reshipment and went above and beyond to make sure it reached me in time. Their communication throughout the process was reassuring and thoughtful, and I truly felt taken care of as a customer.
When the product arrived, it exceeded expectations. The quality is excellent, and the packaging was clearly done with care and intention. While the product itself absolutely speaks for itself, the level of customer service I experienced speaks even louder.
Wild and King is clearly a business that genuinely cares — about their customers, their craft, and delivering not just a product, but a truly positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again and highly recommend them.
