Shipping policy

With Wild and King, all orders will be dispatched from our warehouse located in Vietnam. Our standard processing time is within 3-5 business days and we offer two shipping options: Standard (free) and Expedited (fee applies). Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are 7 to 10 days for customers in the continental United States and 10 to 15 days for other countries. Estimated delivery times for Expedited shipping are 3 to 7 business days.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing important details such as your order number, order summary, total cost, and shipping address.
Shipping Confirmation
Your package will be shipped directly to your specified location, whether it's your home, office, or any other desired place. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Carriers
We use DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, or Singapore Post for all international orders from Vietnam. These carriers usually deliver within a week, sometimes even faster than domestic delivery. Shipping costs vary based on the value of your order. Please note that the express shipping fee is partially subsidized by WILD&KING to help you avoid the full cost of high international shipping rates.
Taxes
Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed on the shipment are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to return your order due to customs or tax charges, any additional shipping fees incurred will also be the customer's responsibility.
Address Issues
If there is an issue with shipping due to an incorrect address provided by Wild and King, we will either issue a new order or refund the customer.
