I was looking forward to receiving the Pygmy Hippo Bag Charm, but I'm unfortunately very disappointed. The quality of the charm is very poor, and it has a cheap appearance. Beyond the product itself, the shipping process was problematic, and I was surprised by an additional customs fee that I had to pay upon delivery. There was no information about potential extra charges like this on the website, which made for a frustrating experience overall.

Adorable purse charm. Some slight variation from picture, but to be expected from crafted items. Charm is about 4 inches wide 2 inches tall and .5 inches “thick” at the roundest part (the tummy). Strap measures about 6 inches long. The pink shading is on both the front and back of the charm. The back is embossed with WILD&KING and the front has embossed ears, eyebrows, and several dimensional accents. The charm itself is very sturdy with thick cushioning bringing the famous Pygmy hippo we all love to life. This would make a wonderful gift for any animal lover.
It took a while to arrive but it was worth it. Beautiful and well made. The details are really nice. Love it 🤍
