Disappointing Quality and Hidden Costs

I was looking forward to receiving the Pygmy Hippo Bag Charm, but I'm unfortunately very disappointed. The quality of the charm is very poor, and it has a cheap appearance. Beyond the product itself, the shipping process was problematic, and I was surprised by an additional customs fee that I had to pay upon delivery. There was no information about potential extra charges like this on the website, which made for a frustrating experience overall.

We appreciate you reporting us to the problem with your most recent charm purchase. We truly apologize for any disappointments this may have caused and understand how unpleasant it can be to receive a product that falls short of your expectations. Import taxes and duties depend on the policies of each country and the customs authorities, so I cannot intervene in this matter.
